How it works. You get paid. We do the asking.

Connect your invoicing once. After that, every paid invoice turns into one short text from your business asking for a Google review. Here's one customer, from the invoice to the review.

One customer, start to finish.

Sarah has just paid for her appointment at Taradale Physio. Scroll down the road to see what happens next. Your part is the first stop.

  1. Tuesday, 2:14 pm

    You mark the invoice paid.

In Xero, MYOB, ServiceM8 or Fergus, the way you always do. That's your part done.

Not on any of those? Upload a spreadsheet or add the customer by hand.

  2. Tuesday, 3:14 pm

A text goes out from your name.

An hour gives Sarah time to get home, and the appointment is still fresh. The text comes from Taradale Physio, not from us.

Taradale PhysioHi Sarah, thanks for coming in to Taradale Physio today. How did we go? Tap here: reviewloop.co.nz/r/k7Q2 Reply STOP to opt out

Invoice paid late at night? The text waits until morning.

  3. Tuesday, 3:16 pm

    She taps the link.

A page with your name on it asks how it went. Whatever Sarah picks, the Review us on Google button is the same size and in the same place. If something wasn't right, she can also send you a private note.

    Try the page yourself

  4. Tuesday, 3:19 pm

    Her review lands on Google.

It shows up in your dashboard with a reply already drafted in your voice. Post it as it is, or change a few words first.

    New Google review★★★★★

"Sorted my shoulder in two visits. Lovely team, easy to book."Sarah M.

    Reply drafted for you

Thanks so much for the kind words, Sarah. It means a lot to the whole team.

  5. Friday, 3:14 pm

    One reminder, if it's needed.

Sarah tapped straight away, so she never gets one. Anyone who hasn't tapped the link gets a single reminder three days later.

Taradale PhysioHi Tom, a quick reminder from Taradale Physio. We'd love to know how your visit went: reviewloop.co.nz/r/m3Xa Reply STOP to opt out
  6. After that

    Then nothing.

No third text. No monthly nudges. ReviewLoop leaves your customers alone.

Whatever they pick, the button stays put.

This is the page Sarah sees. Try both answers. Google doesn't let businesses send only their happy customers to leave a review, so ReviewLoop never moves or hides the Google button.

When someone picks "Not great", a private note box opens underneath it. You get an alert straight away, so you can ring them and put it right.

Why asking only happy customers breaks Google's rules

How did we go, Sarah?
Review us on Google

Sarah picked Good. The Google button is right there.

Setting up takes one phone call.

We do it with you. Have your invoicing login handy, and the Google account that manages your Business Profile.

  1. Connect your invoicing

Log in to Xero, MYOB, ServiceM8 or Fergus and approve access. ReviewLoop only reads what it needs: who the customer is, how to reach them, and when the invoice was paid.

  2. Connect Google

Sign in with the Google account that manages your Business Profile. That way the button goes to the right listing, and new reviews come back to your dashboard.

  3. Check the message

We write the text with you, in words you'd use, and send a test to your phone. Your next paid invoice sends the first real one.

Works with the invoicing you already use.

Not on any of these? Upload a spreadsheet of customers, or add them one at a time from your dashboard. Using something else? Tell us what it is. It helps us decide what to connect next.

Questions about how it works

What exactly do my customers get?

One text from your business name about an hour after their invoice is paid, with a link to a short page asking how it went. If you only have their email address, they get an email instead.

When do the texts go out?

About an hour after the invoice is marked paid. If that would land late at night, the text waits until the next morning.

Can I change what the text says?

Yes. We write it with you during setup, in words you'd actually use, and you can change it from your dashboard whenever you like.

Who gets the reminder?

Only customers who haven't tapped the link. They get one reminder three days later, and that's the last they hear about it.

What about regular customers?

ReviewLoop won't keep asking the same person. Once someone has been asked, they won't get another request for a good while, even if they pay another invoice next week.

Can customers opt out?

Yes. Every text says how: reply STOP and they won't get any more texts from your business through ReviewLoop.

Who sees the private notes?

Only you. Private notes never go to Google. You get an alert as soon as one comes in, so you can pick up the phone.

I don't have a Google Business Profile yet. Can I still use it?

You'll need a verified profile before anyone can review you on Google. Talk to us and we'll point you in the right direction first.
