Questions about pricing
Is GST included?
No. ReviewLoop is $99 + GST, which is $113.85 a month including GST. You'll get a GST invoice every month.
Is there a contract?
No. It's month to month. Cancel from your dashboard whenever you like and you won't be charged again.
How does the free trial work?
We set ReviewLoop up with you and you use it for real, sending real review requests to real customers. You won't pay anything during the trial, and if you decide it's not for you, cancel before it ends.
Do texts cost extra?
No. Review requests are unlimited, and the texts are included in the $99.
Is it the same price for a big business?
Yes, for one location. If you've got more than one location or more than one Google Business Profile, talk to us first.
What are the extras that are coming later?
We're starting simple. Social posts made from your reviews, a reviews widget for your website and posts for your Google profile are on the way. They'll be optional, and you won't pay for anything you haven't switched on.
